Appearance Release

I hereby give all requisite consents to enable Rebel Labs to use my performance in the Work rendered in connection with the License and I hereby assign to Rebel Labs for all purposes worldwide in perpetuity, all right, title and interest in and to the results of my contribution to Work.

I hereby grant to Rebel Labs each and every consent and waiver (including moral rights) under the Copyright, Designs and Patent Act 1988 and permit Rebel Labs to edit the Work and incorporate any of the Work (or part thereof) in which I appear in vision and/or sound into any film in connection with the Work set out above and grant the right to use and to license to others to use the Work in any manner whatsoever in all media now known or hereinafter invented throughout the world in perpetuity. To the extent I give any interviews I confirm that to the best of my knowledge any statements made by me will be true and will not violate or infringe any third party’s rights.

In addition, Rebel Labs shall be entitled to use my photograph, name and likeness solely in connection with the promotion, advertising and/or packaging of the Work or any associated soundtrack or any programme, audio visual device or audio record in which the Work are reproduced.
